complain of 6 year students
we are indian students from 6 year of asian medical institute of kant,kyrgyzstan, we went to embassy for help but our ambassdor ignoring us and saying us to i am not responsible for your problem "tum log mujhse permission le ke aaye ho kya yaha pe study k liye" so i am requesting once to please try to help us please do not ignore us

we are student and our indian ambassy is here for our help but we are in shock when we went to indian embassy in bishkek and we told our Ambassador to our problem and he told " tum log mujhse puchkr yaha aye the jo ab mere pas aye ho problem lekar apni" he is not interesting in our problem, where we go don't know . this is fact that we saw , realy shocking.

mai krsu university ki language ke bare m janna chata hu ki hmare contrictor khe rhe the ki. this year2013-2014 m new.english betch start ho rha h kisme classes english m lgegi kya yhe such h plz solve our problem i requestet you.! i hope u listing my problem infect i m sure u solve the problem

Proper Communication+
I tried calling to find Visa and hours of operations. The individual answering the phone hung up on me three times, only because who could not speak or understand english,
It may be best to place someone in this position that can communicate in several langugages.

recieption lady
Indian Embassy's staff is really helpful and kind always, but local staff, in particular, a receptionist,Lola and another kitchen lady(with yellow hair,dont know her name)this lady works in the embassy from long back and feels as if she is a head of the embassy.She is so rude and answers the questions which are not to be answered by her.Lola is also very rude and arrogant,services people according to her mood,she can be nice to some people, but very ugly to others.Bz of these 2 ladies the atmosphere in the reception is very tensed and unpleasant.Please take some measures to improve their beauvoirs, or Embassy's authority will go down. Thanks

I really appreciate the good behaviour and the helpfulness of the staff in the Embassy. Mr Thakur and Mr Ajay was specially helpfull to me. They are good people. I feel very proud to see such good personels in the Indian emassy. I am proud of them. I will never forget when I was to fly to India with My Local wife and a small son there was very less time left and they helped me to get visa for my son and wife.
