My brother in law mr Rajesh Kumar is working in iraq (basra) and now he want to come back in india but his company do not give him his passport even do not allowing him to go to anywhere.He is locked in room. His contact no is 009647700688749 so plz call him and arrange his travel documents

I submitted my papers to get a research visa (Ph.D) at the beginning of October but until now I don't know everything about the visa. I am visseted the embassy for many times but I don't get any information because I can't inter to inside. Please can I get a research Visa because the time is pass.,
