Because of the cooperation between India-Africa there was training planned to be delivered on 18/06/2012 in Banglore HMT(International)Limited on the topic Of Advanced welding technology. Based on this your Government invited the Ethiopian Metal Engineering institute to nominate trainee. Hence From our company me and 2 other candidates were selected & Submitted the necessary document. Finally When we were waiting for confirmation/visa, the time goes & we reach 15/06/2012. Unfortunately I try to ask the Ethiopian Metal Engineering institute but I couldn't get real response; similarly when i ask the HMTI they allow me to ask Indian Mission In Ethiopia. So Would you please give me clarification?
