I have been selected to join the PhD Program in the Department of Civil Engineering (Water Resources Engineering program) in Indian institute of technology Guwahati since I received award letter from Embassy of the Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia New Delhi.

But right now I'm, away for other government commitment, taking short course training started on July01, 2013 and will elapse on July 21, 2013 at UNESCO-IHE, institute of water education, Delft, the
Netherlands.

With this considerate, this is, therefore, kindheartedly requested you to inform me the Visa application procedure, requirements and the way
how can I proceed it?
