Dear Sir/Madam,
I am a PhD student at the RA National Academy of Sciences, Institute of History. I have applied to the International Visegrad Fund so as to make a 10-month-PhD research at Peter Patzmany Catholic University in Hungary and it has been approved in the result of which I have got the appropriate documents to apply for visa. The fund should provide me with finance, particularly 2300 Euros per semester (5 months) as well as they will provide with travel grant of 200 Euros. I have consulted by e-mail with the Embassy of Lithuania to Armenia which now provides visas for several coutries as well as Hungary. To my request the representative of the Embassy replied they provide only with visas of C order so I should apply the Embassy of Hungary to Georgia for a visa for a longer stay. I wonder what documents I need to prepare and to what order I should apply for visa so as to get it and be able to make my PhD research in Hungary.
