Hi according to the guy on the phone from the Hungarian consulate in Canberra, the Sydney consulate is no longer operational. Ring this number 6282-3226 if you need to get in contact. Also I wouldn't recommend putting personal details (phone numbers, email addresses, life stories) on this website as it is (quite clearly) not operated by any consulate or embassy!

Citizenship Finally after months and months I have been informed I have been granted Hungarian citizenship. 4 weeks on and still NO ONE can tell me when I can go and take my oath that I may have my legal paperwork so I can move to Hungary. I cannot believe that a single appointment or time can be given all I get in replies is " We dont know " Anyone else getting such an uncertain reply? Though they be proud of an Australian born Hungarian wanting to live in Hungary, but no seems they just seem its not important to them

Passport application Good Morning .Just wondering why is not a valid phone number we can ring. The Hungarien consulats need some web page update done. The person, who was dealing the Brisbane office is dead, yet still has his phone number. Poor wife getting phone calls all the time.Canberra office don't pick up the phone and tells you to ring back office hours, but does not say WHEN is the office hours. Could send me back some answers. Thank you
