To whomever this concern,

I would like to inquire information for CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS

1. Do CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS can apply for SCHENGEN VISA specifically in the Embassy of Hungary in Singapore?
2. Do CITIZENS OF THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS require TRANSIT VISA while passing through Hungarian Airports as a transit passenger?
