Dear Sir or Mam,
I am respectfully requesting an appointment for obtaining a transit Hungarian / Schengen Visa for myself, Melihate Bajrami and my mother Ramize Bajrami.
The reason for the request that we may travel to the United States to visit our family.
On 29 August 2011 we were scheduled to travel to Memphis, Tennessee as our tickets indicate, we were routed to travel from Pristina to Memphis, TN via Budapest and Amsterdam. We reported for our departure flight from Pristina but we were not allowed to board the aircraft because we did not have a transit Schengen visa. We did not know that we were required to have a transit visa to travel this route.
Our flight will be rescheduled when we obtain the appropriate Schengen visa.
My mother and I sincerely appreciate your understanding and help in this matter.
