I am a citizen of Bangladesh have been engaged in the business of buying and selling of used machinery, distributorship of cosmectics, health care, beauty care, body care and baby lotion of our home manufacturing.
We are looking to buy the following used machinery from Green-Sieve Trading Ltd.

Company registration number:01-09-878766 as ("the Principal")
In this regard, we received draft copy of agency agreement, machinery quotation and draft invitation. Original signed invitation, agency agreement and proforma Invoice are under preparation which hope to receive in this week.
The original set of above will send to you directly by our honorable Principal in this week as learn from the Principal, Hungary. We will forward our company documents with draft copy of the above documents for your kind perusal.
I, would, therefore, humble request you to provide us with the information of submission of original pass port with all original documents.
On hearing from you, we will forward all the documents with photograph and visa fee etc. accordingly.
