Really For visit Budapest is very easy .Govt. Accept Our company Invitation which having advance approval for visa and just you have to submitt your application for visa in embassy and Islamabad Hungary embassy issue visas.
But the Questions We can believe on any pakistani in 2010 ,i provided 2 invitation for 2 pakistani and they come in hungary and didn,t visit us and nor the contact us and then i have to pay fine 3000 euros and ministry did black listed for next 1 year and our company had to bear looss .
because we bring tourist from all Africa ,asia but just created problem pakistani tourist .
so i think in this situation no one can help to visit Hungary .
