Hi anyone can help with advise please, I am a hungarian citizen living in Ibiza, Spain. My passport was stolen a few months ago and I need to get a replecament. All I know is that I need to go to Barcelona to get it. How long it takes and how much it cost? The only document I have now is a Policia Local report of my stolen items. Thanks
