Iam Taban Alex Julius Emmanuel a student at Ankara university but recently am in Czech republic for Erasmus program and i will be going to university of veterinary Budapest for two months summer Erasmus program
Here i will finish my exams late and My train will start on 6th/7/2017 and i will return to Ankara late therefore i would like to know whether you can allow me to apply and submit my documents online.

After the war in Syria, we went to Turkey and we do not have papers or passport,
