regarding occupation information of the students at «J-Club English Courses»
Dear Mr. Ference Blauman!

On behalf of the Training Center "J-Club English Courses" I hereby express my respect and would like to provide you additional information.
On February 19, 2018, to the Consulate General of Hungary we submitted applications and packages of documents for obtaining Schengen visa for a planned trip to Hungary (Budapest) and Italy (Milan) for the period from March 25, 2018 to April 1, 2018 (the duration of stay is 7 days).
We are supposed to receive our passports on 26 February 2018, however, we are again asked to provide additional information regarding the occupation of the students of the Training Center «J-Club English Courses».
Please be informed that all relevant job and occupation certificates and statements have been duly provided to the Consulate employees and I confirm the occupations.
We have been announced that we must provide additional documents from the pension funds upon short notice. We are in Shymkent and cannot travel to and back from Shymkent to Almaty therefore we provided the Power of Attorney to one of our friends to take our passports from the Consulate.
I hereby confirm the purpose of the visit of the above-mentioned persons as an exchange of experience with the students of Hungary and Italy, provide the occupational information of the students and request a positive decision in the issue of the Schengen visa for the implementation of the planned trip.

Best regards,
Director of the training and educational center «J-Club English Courses»

VISUM FOR MR. ZHAMALIYEV KAIRKEN
Dear mr. Ference Blauman,

I understood that mr. Zhamaliyev could not get his visum on time, because our secretary of TOO KORMOVIK made the mistake to make a late appointment with you.

We already bought all tickets for him on Monday and should attend the exhibition in UTRECHT , VIV from 19th of MAY. All arrangements have been made and people are waiting for him.

I would like to ask you to help him to get his visum on time and make a exception this time.

Thanks in advance.
