Querido Senor o Senora,
Quiero saber si mi esposo necesita una visa para visitar Roatan e Julio 18 para un dia en Carnival Glory cruise. Yo soy Holandesa y el es de Dominica (Comonwealth of Dominica) pero vivimos en Sint Maarten y el tiene residencia permanente aqui en Sint Maarten.
Hay mucho diferente noticias en el web, yo quiro saber officialmente si el necesita visa o no.
