Obtaining a passport and birth certificate from Honduras I have a quick question. I have a national ID from Honduras but most government places require a passport and/ or birth certificate. How can I get it. Only have national I'd of Honduras?

ayuda una pena que el consulado no preste servicios en areas como seattle, y que los hondurenios tengan que ir hasta san francisco para obtener un pasaporte, eso indica que honduras no quiere o no puede instalar una oficina en esos lugares y que los compatriotas se vean impedidos de obtener los servicios que necesitan...frustrante...pero muy tipico de nuestros gobiernos subdesarrollados.
