Support for Honduras to establish relations with China
I am from Vancouver, Canada and i wanted to say that, Cuba, Nicaragua, Venezuela and Argentina got good relations with China.Having good relations with China are benefiting these countries in Latin America because of the Belt and Road Initiative. It will also benefit Honduras to have Diplomatic Relations with China. That is a good decision on the part of Honduras to have Diplomatic Ties with China.Keep up the good work.

Assassination of Berta Caceres
I am saddened by the murder of this very brave woman and extend condolences to her family and all those who share her struggles for what is just and right. I condemn those government, military and corporate forces that colluded and operated to kill her. For those who struggle anywhere in the world for justice and freedom from exploitation, we need to honour her memory and the heroic and rightful nature of her struggles, especially today on International Women's Day.

Human rights and environmental justice
Berta Caceres was a very brave woman. Her life, and her death, must not be in vain.
I urge the United Nations and the Honduran government to investigate Ms Caceres' murder. Her killers must be found, including those who ordered the murder, including possibly accomplices in the US funded police forces and privately hired security guards and officials in government and industry, right up to the highest levels of corruption. This campaign of intimidation and terror must be stopped, and those involved with it exposed and tried in a court of law.

Assassination of Berta Caceres
This is 2016 . . . have we not learned ???
Berta Caceres was killed . . . to stop the opposition
for a hydro dam. We have a lot to learn from the
Indigenous peoples. Do we learn . . . and save the planet or keep killing for profit.

Please STOP. Protect her family from further loss.
Thank you

Money Values Will Not Stand, Life Values Will
It is beyond sorrow to hear of the assassination of Berta Cáceres. That an activist for the life values that support the Honduran people was left unprotected, even in the face of multiple death threats, by the government whose responsibility it it to defend and protect its own people, shocks the conscience of the world. Deep prayers for Berta's spirt and for her family, friends, supporters and colleagues.

the path taken
How many times was the Honduran government told Berta Cáceres was at risk? Rather than protecting her, they protected corporate profits. It's really that simple.

Assassination of Berta Cáceres creates martyrdom
Idle No More today is highlighting the struggle for indigenous rights in Honduras, exemplified by the work of Berta and the COPINH organization she spearheaded. In the face of bullying from foreign corporate interests, and support from the military (even a corrupt local mayor) - Berta's community succeeded in turning back a destructive hydro project a year ago.

Press Release from COPINH concludes with:
"They tried to finish with Berta's life, but she is more alive in each one of us today than ever before."

Assassination of Berta Caceres
The government of Honduras needs to condemn the murder of Berta Caceres and I urge the government to investigate this crime swiftly and thoroughly, and bring the perpetrators to justice.

The murder of Senora Caceres is the murder of Human Dignity
Unfortunately, Honduras keep behaving a very bad reputation about respect of human rights. How much does it take to reach the « basta » level? Here in Canada we recently began to take action for peace, truth and reconciliation with the First Nations living with us in this country. At least, the government really try to begin something and encourage all and everyone to « change » his mind first but also to change the laws as much as necessary. A long walk. I hope Honduras will seriously take this path today. With so many other people I add may own basta.

Gratias por considerar in serio.
