I have to say although we can see many ways the Haitian Embassy in NY can be adjusted for better service to its people, we should not diminish the credibility of our Haitian brothers and sisters at home and especially abroad. Most of the comments here can be used against us as a people for not being civilized, Business oriented and professional Haitians. I understand that there is a high level of frustration but let's build each other up rather than breaking each other down. Let's build our communities with boldness and courage like our forefathers did, Men nan men, youn ak lot.

Truth Be Told
It is very true that some of the staff at the embassy in New York are very unprofessional, some of them are US citizens themselves, so when you are seeking a passport without delay, it is not in their interests.Thank you very much for your undertsding.

TO the Haitian Consul
Could you give an answer to those peoples who are waiting for months to have their passports delivered?
Do you know that, you make your citizens became automatically stateless by not being able to deliver a passport to them because they cannot move at will.
Do you remember that, the diaspora represents one third of the Haitian economy. Some of us have business to take care home , thereby the country is losing money.
We are waiting for answers, please do something.
