on the 20th of june my friend Guy Calixte got into a car accident and died. they sent the body back to us in Haiti and now they refuse to give us the car back. I have called the consulate in Santo domingo to do something about it and as of today nothing is done yet. Why do we have a haitian consulate in Dom. Rep for.
