The NIS requires my Birth Certificate, may I fax a copy to you to have it notarized? If its possible if and when I can collect same from ur office thankingu in anticipation.

I called the embassy in washington DC ,they told me to go on line and download 3 application for travelling to guyana,i would like to know where is the website address to download the forms
