Liz Paduman - Police Clearance
Hi Liz

I'm a foreigner living in Suriname since 2012, I'm also applying for Visa for Australia and need the same document. Today I was following up on this. If you were in Suriname, you would have to go to the District commissioner and they would require your address confirmation from CBB and they work with police to process it and they told me it takes at least 4 weeks. For your case, you are abroad I think you will need to go to Surinamese embassy in your country and they will take your finger prints and send to Suriname to have the paper done, but I guess it would take the same amount of time.

I hope this info helps you and others.

Cheers

Police Clearance
I am a Guyanese Citizen. I lived in Suriname for 2 years in 1982-1984. I am now living in Guyana and require a Police Clearance from Suriname for the US Embassy to process my application.
Can you please advise how I can get this done.
Thanks for your help.

Regards,
Liz.
