Lack of customer service
I called this office to to get some info on the Miami office, however the lady who answered was rude and obnoxious, she hung up on me twice. They need to find a better staff. She did not even know there was a consulate in Miami. lady whoever you are all I have to say to you is not because you have a job in the Guyana consulate mean that you can be rude to people. My advice to you is either retire or find yourself a job where you do not have to deal with customers.
