I HAVE AN EMERGENCY AND NEED TO CONTACT THIS DEPT. BUT NO ANSWER.
I am trying to obtain info. for my mother-in-law who is a Guatemalan citizen and a U.S. resident. She plans to travel to the U.S. She will be deporting Guatemala City and arriving to Mexico (D.F) and then travel by bus to Tijuana. Does she need to obtain some type of "permission" document from the Guatemala Embassy or the Mexican Embassy in order to cross the border in Tijuana? Are there special papers or documents she needs? I am lost and I don't want her to make this trip and unprepared and not be able to cross. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you. My e-mail address is: jcarranza626@yahoo.com
