Hello, I am emailing you on behalf of my grandmother. She came to the UK on her mothers passport back in the 60's(mother now deceased) when she was 16 years old, she is now 60 years old and not able to obtain a passport, has been told her mothers information can not be found in the system? Is there any other way around this?

I decided to close my care home after 28 years.I telephoned the High Commission Office as I was advised. I was told by an employee that I should phone another extension which I did and I was asked to leave a message. I gave a brief reason for my call and my call was never returned. As I had no place to store everything; I was therefore left with all the products of the care home closure: Beds and furnitures,bed linen, bath towels, computers and printers etc. I was forced to give most away to the local charity shops who kept their promise to collect them within 48 hours.
How can I obtain a British visa if I am in Grenada where do I have to visit to get a Visa for the UK
