i am a Canadian citizen living in Montreal right now. I got married to a Greek citizen in 1994 in Chicago Illinois and we moved to Greece. We decided to come back to Montreal and I want to bring my husband here, I am working here and I have my house what is the easiest way to proceed and can he come while we are processing papers
