PLEASE, what are the necessary steps for a Greek expatriot to declare his assets in Greece as recently required by the Greek government?

send money
I am not rich but the thing that is going on in Greece is not good. I would like to know to who or what part of their government I could send some money. I know what I send could never make a difference but if a few more people did the same it would.
