Many areas the union councils are not yet computerized, all the certificates are manually written from these Union councils. The solicitors have many reasons to reject these papers even though these documents have registration in Nadra. Mostly these documents have exact record after inquired by civil court. The Greek Embassy and the solicitors working for Greek Embassy do not respect the judgment of Pakistan courts.
When Greek Embassy rejects to attest the entire documents on the report of solicitors then they just call to the person without giving him the exact written statement, so the person can find out in which document he had mistake, second he have to pay again to issue these documents.
If the documents inquiry is ok then the person has to pay twenty euro for every document to stamp of attestation, but the stamp of attestation create a new problem.( The attestation of the document is confirm but not statement in the document) so for what reason the person pay twenty thousand for inquiry?
The solicitors don’t inquire the document from the government office from where these documents were issued or registered, they go for side inquiry.
Like someone submit birth certificate for attestation, and the solicitor should inquire this document from Union council or Nadra, but they are looking for the nurse who was present on birth time. Someone never went to school, or which came in Greece in their early childhood, then how they will find this person birth certificate record there in school.
Or someone wants to attest his Nika nama, which is register in union council. The solicitor is looking for the witness of the marriage.
Or family certificate which have register in union council or in Nadra office, they are inquiring from children school.
The solicitors are always waiting for bribery from the person who wants to attest his documents, if person denies giving bribery then they reject the document with many reasons. From twenty to fifty thousand rupees they ask as fee or coffee. If someone does not pay then they delay to return the document to Greek Embassy more than six months.
1st January 2012 the Greek government announce the new law for document attestation for every Pakistani resident here in Greece. The entire document should be submitted to Greek Embassy in Islamabad. The Greek Embassy has made this attestation so complicate and difficult. We would like to bring in your knowledge some of them and ask your help to solve and discuss this problem with ministry of foreign affair of Greece.
The first step is to take an appointment to submit the documents, but it is very difficult because mostly time nobody attend your call, if someone answer your call then he will give you appointment at least one month later. The appointed day to submit the document, they ask excuses from taking the documents, and ask to come next time to submit. It can take many months to submit your documents after many tries.
The Greek Embassy is working with company of solicitor, and they charge for inquiry 20.000 rupees. The solicitor should return the document to Greek Embassy with in 60days after making inquiry from (Union Council, Nadra Office, ect).

I am hardworking and stable
From last one and half months I used to visit with my mother in law for attestation papers. But brutaly you people refused and not entertained by your staff. It is very such irritating end . Please do cooperate us. For no reason the staff fist announced to come when we reach they told that embassy is closed . Please cooperate..dated 28thNov 2013
