Comment About Your Visas Appointmentds Handled by Vodafone.
Dear Sir,
You have set a system with Vodofone to set appointments for applying for Visas. This is a positive improvement over the previous way of queuing outside your building from 06:00 AM.
However you should respect the appointment given over the phone.
I had an appointment set for today 18-03-2010 at 10:00 AM, and was asked to be there at 09:45. By 10:00 AM I noticed that nobody is moving from the waiting room. So I asked the office boy which number was in the interview room he said No. 3, And my No. on list was 12.
This means I have 9 people before me. And it was already 10:30. Why was I given this appointment if you the consulate cann't respect it. You are giving an appointment at 10:00 and you expect me to wait until 12:30 - 13:00 to get in. Sorry Sir this lack of respect to the applicants.
I'm 61 year old retired Engineer have the documents required to prove I'm going for tourism for a week. If this is the way I will be treated by the Consulate, then I prefer not to go to Athens for a short holiday than your being disrectful to the appointments given.
One more comment should you be willing to listen, I asked to meet someone responsible from the consulate to get a clarification about this inconvenience to me. There is no responsible person except this ignorant boy to communicate with. I'm not expecting to have any preferential treatment, but I demand ro be respected as I respect your rules and regulation.
My Ref. No. on the list today was: 1166401.
