I applied 2 months ago to Schengen Visa at your embassy and I got a refusal.Please i want to investigate if now i can re-apply and pay new fee or If i can apply to another Embassy.

Do you have to make an appointment with the Greek Embassy in Beirut to apply for retirement benefits? My friend worked in Greece 35 years. She is Lebanese citizen with Greek Citizenship. Is she eligible?
