Request for visa to Greece
Dear Madam/SIR

I have the most respectful honour to come to you today in order to request information about visa to Greece and book a day for our application.

There is a delegation of 10 women from the Civil Society here in Cameroon (Women organization and business) and member of the government, leaded by the Minister of Women Empowerment and the Family in Cameroon that is attending the 2012 Global Summit of Women, at the InterContinental Athenaeum Athens, Athens, Greece, from May 31 to June 2. The theme of the 2012 Global Summit of Women is : “Women : the Engine of the economic growth” www.globewomen.org

This delegation is the same that went in Istanbul, Turkey, last year for the 2011 Global Summit of Women.

We, the Civil Society would like though this email to book a day to come to Abuja and apply for visa.

We would like to know if we can send one person with all the passports in Abuja. Our representative can flight to Abuja on Thursday 17 May or next Monday 21 May. How long can our representative stay in Abuja to wait the process for the issue of our visa? We want to have all this information to arrange her flight and stay in Abuja during the process.

We are looking forward to hearing from you before buying the ticket for the person that will come to Abuja with our passports.

Best regards.

For the Official delegation of Civil Society for the Global Summit of Women 2012
