Comments on this Embassy
I have been trying to call several times for help .All I can hear is machine. Are this people working at all?
I did submit my forms and a lady called me that the forms wasn't completed and that to redo it again. First of all, she called with an attitude and was very very rude and thought she was talking to her child to the point where I even asked her calmly to talk to me but she was more agitated. I tried neumerous times to get further clarification but they don't pick phone calls. I finally get hold of her and once again the same treatment and even treatens to send back my docs. I need to go to ghana for my father's funeral and really freacking out right now. They don't relized they have a job because of us, and I think they should all be fired. We need Ghana to move forward not backwards.
I submitted by visa appliation on 04/08/2013.Does anybody know how long it takes to process the visa applixation?
I do not have ghana pasdport.so what should ido.
this embassy is a disgrace
u guys needs to be sacked
When will you guys respect your own people. I submitted my passport for renewal over two months ago with no notice whatsoever from your outfit explaining the reason for the delay. Yet on your stupid website, you promised to process passports within a period of 15 business days, and a minimum of 5 business days for expedited/emergency services. The infuriating part of the whole process is that when one call your office no member of staff ever pick the call. Even if someone does after 50 frustrating attempts, the person would just transfer you to another phone line to leave a message. You can bet nobody would ever get back to you. Stupid bunch! When will Ghana move on if the so called elite in the United States still behave this way. I guess they don't even read our comments anyway.
Your website state that renewal takes about two weeks to processed but it been a month and two weeks now.I been calling to find out what is going on,but no one is picking the phone, left a massage and my phone number ,but no one call me back. Can someone explain what is going on ,because I need my passport to travel.
