I mailed our passports to the Embassy for visa renewal and tried to follow up. I called almost everyday and no one picked up the phone (customer service).. They need to hire more people as customer service is very, very poor.

I went to the Ghana embassy in Washington DC I was shock when I gave my son's birthday certificate to make a copy I was told there is no photo copy machine over there.This is very sad we need a better service the Lady over there told me she is closed @12:00 noon because she is not feeling well but the same lady came the next day and still complaining been sick is she the only one who works at the embassy?The phone number on the website is not working how can we reach the embassy.

well my faincee left Ghana and was stopped in London cause someone accussed her of being a drug dealer so she was taken back to Ghana and got it all cleared up and the person who accussed her had to pay for her travelto be on her way but now the us embassy is saying she need to pay for her check up again when it should of been paid by her accusserand don't know who to contact in the states about this can someone help
