Beware: IPA (Institute of Professional Accountants) www.IPAorg.com is an unaccredited institute provides certificates from a fake associations/institutes in USA, UK…..etc. For example: American Institute of Professional Accountants www.AIPAorg.com registered by IPA as a Virtual Limited Liability Company (LLC) in the State of Tennessee, USA to approve the IPA certificates.
IPA is not a professional organization; it is a training company for profit, provides Non-Credible Certificates.

After applying I made enquiries with the Foreign Ministry here only to find out there's no such job placement.
I would URGENTLY urge you to investigate and stop whoever is behind the brink. They are asking for photos, CV's and personal statements.

there is no togolese embassy in south korea. does the ghana embassy in south korea have representation for togolese citizens. where can i go for help if i want to get married in korea to do the paperwork, and have my marriage recognized in togo? thank you.
I am writing to inform you that I arrived in Seoul from Accra yesterday the 19th of February for a training course at Korea University under the sponsorship of KOICA.
