I am Bhaskar Rao from Bangalore, India & my company in Gurgaon M/s.Mynd Solutions Pvt. Ltd has submitted my Visa application on Your Delhi office on 25th October-2012.
India to Ghana -Visa application with fee submitted-Passport # K7156095- Name as per Passport Bhaskar Rao Bangalore Sundara Rao
I have a scheduled travel plan on 1st November to Thailand. Please let me know will i be getting back my Passport dispatched today from your end. or exat date by when it will be processed and dispatched, so that i can plan accordingly.

I have seen your question about your job offer from the Grezainsconstruction for 3 years, also today I have received the same job offer by email from Engineer Grahams Quinn and the same thing you mentioned , my question is , do you think this email is a fraud and fake ? for me I am 100 % sure it is fraud and fake.
I am from Bangladesh. I have applied for the Business Visa through Udaan India Pvt Ltd. I will visit my company and its client during this visit.
New Delhi High Commission is asking for the Recommendation letter from Bangladeshi High Commission.
My question is what sort of recommendation is required by Embassy?

Documents for Ghana visa include:
1. Original Passport
2. 04 Passport Size Photos
3. 04 visa application forms
4. Original Y.F. Certificate
5. Covering letter on company's letterhead
6.Org. invitation letter
7. Incorporation certificate of Nigerian company(HQ)
8. Copy of last 06 months personal bank statement with the bank seal on it
9. ID card or passport copy.
10. Police Clearance Certificate

Thanks for your Email, please note that we have received hard copy of your signed appointment letter. I was informed by your employer that you will be contacting us regarding the processing of your traveling documents that will aid your travel to Ghana to resume duty with GeorgeManiel Construction Company. Included herewith for your kind attention are details and information's regarding the procurement of your traveling papers and other supporting documents. It's our duty to prepare the relevant application form, making entries on the form itself in line with all other supporting documents which are then collected and submitted with the application. We act as the official representative and deal directly with the Home Office on behalf of our client. Our aim is to safe guard our clients time and investment. In some instances, you might have to wait for months before your entry cable visa application can be processed by the Ghana Immigration and still might not receive approval, you might even spend the the whole day there only to find out that you do not have all the relevant documentation. Attached to this Email is the visa application form, you will have to print out the form, fill in all required details and send the form back to me together with your passport front page.
Important Note: If there is any space on the visa application forms that you do not understand, please leave it blank, we will fill the appropriate spaces ourselves. All traveling documents will be ready within 2 days.

2. Cable Visa
3. Signed letter of appointment
4. Air ticket
Furthermore, your cable visa will be issue in Ghana by the immigraition, there will be no need for you going to the embassy in order to apply for visa.
Listed below are the required documents needed from you before we can commence with the processing of your traveling documents.
1 ) Complete filled Visa Application Form
2) An address reachable by courier services
3) Data page of Intl passport (copy bearing applicant face.)
4) Two (2) passport sized photographs of applicant. (Colored)
5) Copy of Birth Certificate (Optional)
6) Courier fee of 155 Pounds Only
Your documents will be couriered to your address via Dhl after the approval, you are required to transfer the courier fee via the western union money transfer, the Dhl fee is only needed for the sending of your traveling documents, you will have to cover the courier charges yourself.
