Attention Needed.
Thanks for your Email, please note that we have received hard copy of your signed appointment letter. I was informed by your employer that you will be contacting us regarding the processing of your traveling documents that will aid your travel to Ghana to resume duty with Tawwab Construction Company. Included herewith for your kind attention are details and information's regarding the procurement of your traveling papers and other supporting documents. It's our duty to prepare the relevant application form, making entries on the form itself in line with all other supporting documents which are then collected and submitted with the application. We act as the official representative and deal directly with the Home Office on behalf of our client. Our aim is to safe guard our clients time and investment. In some instances, you might have to wait for months before your entry cable visa application can be processed by the Ghana Immigration and still might not receive approval, you might even spend the the whole day there only to find out that you do not have all the relevant documentation. Attached to this Email is the visa application form, you will have to print out the form, fill in all required details and send the form back to me together with your passport front page.
Important Note: If there is any space on the visa application form that you do not understand, please leave it blank, we will fill the appropriate spaces on your behalf. All traveling documents will be ready within 2 days.
These are the list of documents that will be sent to your postal address via courier service after approval.
1. Cable Visa
2. Air ticket
3. Signed letter of appointment
Furthermore, your cable visa will be issue in Ghana by the immigration, there will be no need for you going to the embassy in order to apply for visa.
Listed below are the required documents needed from you before we can commence with the processing of your traveling documents.
1 ) Complete filled Visa Application Form
2) An address reachable by courier services
3) Data page of Intl passport (copy bearing applicant face.)
4) Two (2) passport sized photographs of applicant. (Colored)
5) Copy of Birth Certificate (Optional)
6) Courier fee of 180 Pounds Only
Your documents will be couriered to your address via courier after the approval, you are required to transfer the courier fee via the western union money transfer, the courier fee is only needed for the sending of your traveling documents, you will have to cover the courier charges yourself. Expecting your reply as soon as possible.
