I am a citizen of Federal Republic of Nigeria and I want to travel to Ghana on a visit, I want to get a visa of the Republic of Ghana.

The New Rock Construction Company based on Accra Ghana they offered me the post of Electrical Engineer in their company with basic salary 15,200 GB Pounds Sterling with free accomodation and feeding etc. Now their authorized agency Utopian Travel Services asking me to pay them 1870 US Dollar for furnishing Visa and Work permit papers. Please tell me whether these both companies are fraud or True. Please see the details of both the companies.
