resident permit
I am a nigerian, a member of the ecowas community. My daughter is a student in one of the universities in ghana. On her way back for 2009 Xmas holiday, she was arrested at Accra airport by ghana immigration officers on the charge that she did not possess a resident permit. They extorted 50 cedis to let her off. Is this proper? How do we get the resident permit. I thought this requirement is no more relevant in the spirit of ECOWAS. Reply to ibemarcel@yahoo.co.uk
