I want to renew my passport coz it finifh from paper and ther is mistake on gender they write for me male but im female .

Please i deposited the above passport to your consulate in July 10, 2012 from Qatar for renewal,and up till date , i have not receive it. Iam due for my vacation on Dec. this year. Iam helpless, please assist me
