Amazing
I am sad to know that an officer in Ghana embassy in China this afternoon could not answer how long it will take a foreigner friend to acquire a Ghanaian visa for a visit, after meeting all every requirement but refer me to go online. After I have called the offices.
Come on, we should be proactive and realistic. we are lagging behind.

My Ghanian friend named Seth is locked up in a Beijing detention center indefinitely?
A few days ago, I got out of a detention center in Beijing for visa problems and I met a man from Ghana named Seth. He got in trouble for overstaying his L visa and the police never told him when he will get out. Every time he tries to talk with any police officer there, they will just ignore him and not answer him. So he is really stressed out because he has already been in there for about 15 days, which is supposed to be the maximum amount of days for people with visa issues. I am not sure if he is still in there or not. Since he is a good friend of mine, I would appreciate if you could possibly contact him by phone or visit him to find out when he will get out. That is the only thing he wants to know, but can't seem to find out.

Best Regards,

Robert
