what is the fees for Entry Visa and length of times till we received the Visa
I lost my passport and $700 in Brazil and they detain me ther for 5 days they send me to back through Ethiopian airline without ETC only ticket is it possible now am stacked here at the airport for two days now pls help me

MY BROTHER BY NAME BRIGHT FRIMPONG (A GHANAIAN STUDYING IN BMA, BANGALORE - INDIA)HAD BEEN HELD BY THE AUTHORITIES OF THE ETHIOPIAN AIRWAYS AT THE ADDIS ABABA INT. AIRPORT.
HE WENT BACK TO GHANA AFTER HIS END OF SEMESTER EXAMS, BUT UNKNOWINGLY HE WAS GIVING A SINGLE ENTRY VISA AND WHEN RETURNING BACK TO INDIA, WAS REFUSED RE-ENTRY AT THE MUMBAI INT. AIRPORT. THE AUTHORITIES AT THE MUMBAI AIRPORT HAD TO RETURN HIM BACK TO GHANA WITH THE SAME FLIGHT THAT BROUGHT HIM, ONLY TO BE DETAINED AT ETHIOPIA BY THE ETHIOPIAN AIRLINES AUTHORITIES INSTEAD OF TAKEN HIM TO GHANA. PLS KINDLY USE YOUR GOOD OFFICE TO INTERVENE ON HIS BEHALF.
