just want to find out how to get an appointment to apply for a visa. I have been trying for a monthl still no breakthrough. Can you help? I am sure the book line has been blocked. Any reason or is it me getting it wrong. Please help.

I am a student in Valley View University in Ghana, and I will like to know if a student going to do his/her master in Germany will be under compulsion to meet with all those requirement for those planning to study in Germany. Because there are a lot of English universities in Germany so no need to register for German language course. Please tell me what are the requirement for masters students.
