I am traying to make a date for visa .but there a massage that ihave already made the the date will you please tell me what date is it

dear sir / i had an appointment on 19/09/10 but when i go to the embassy they said there isnt your name in my list , after 4 month i successffull to get an appointment and now face to close door please consider the matter . pass no is : v18495423
