Complain of unjustified reception during appointment time
Dear Mr. ambassador

My mother and my sister had an appointment today 16/06/2011. they referred to German embassy on time. but the reception officer rejected them without looking at any of their documents, only on the basis of below notes on their appointment letters:
1- my mother's passport number instead of for example J13535353 was typed 13535353 in the appointment letter and letter J was missed (in the appointment letter only)
2- my sister passport number was not typed because it was under construction at the time of the registration and not being issued yet.
there was no objection on issuing an appointment letter in your visa application web site for such a construction, this means there is no problem for the appointment to catch.

if there is any shortcomings, this to be dealt with during documents presentation and the right of the appointment is not to be expired by your reception officer, except if there is some other story which I don't want to disclose it here.

I have visited almost a quarter of the world and i know the system very well. I don't want to go further with this issue but I do request you to dealt with the matter seriously and let my family at least present their documents.
I am not asking for their visa to be granted. What I ask is to protect the right of my family, as during last two month they were preparing their documents and they hopped to present them today to the German embassy.

German embassy is the flag and a symbol of Germany.
Your kind and prompt follow up is highly appreciated.
I am waiting for your embassy reply on my below email. nitcinspection@gmail.com

Culture, Arts
To: Cultural Attache
Date: 18/05/2011

Dear Sir/ Miss/ Mrs.
I was officially invited to Germany in 1997. With the positive offers from the then cultural attache of the German embassy, who kindly visited my studio in person, and arranged for the transpotations of tens of drawings and paintings, many in oil, to Germany (not an easy job, indeed!), I was able to have a one-man-show exhibition at the Leopold-Hoesch-Musuem in the city of Duren in June and July 1997. The City of Duren kindly purchased a painting (in oil), and also provided me with accomodations and a studio, in which I worked for several years. The City also offered me a permenant resident visa, which I could not accept due to my professional and personal engagements with my home country Iran, which is more than an artistic inspiration to me. I returned to Iran in 2004. During my stay in Germany, part of which I spent in the Heinrich-Boll-Haus, in Koln, as a resident artist, I had the chance to visit many art galleries and musuems, and the fortunate opportunity of making quite a many artist-friends.
This summer I have the time to visit Germany again. I'm planning to spent my time to see musuems and friends, and further, to negotiate the feasibility of putting into exhibition the new works I've done during the last 7 years.
I may be late in forwarding this request, but I'm very positive due to the great interest in Arts that I've found in the German public in general and, specially, in the German officials.

Cordially
