Hello Sir,
I'm an Italian living in Shanghai since 2008, and I had renew my driving license in the Italian consulate in Shanghai.
The problem is that they release only a coupon with the new expiration date and I have to rent a car in German.
My question is, do German HERTZ will accept my license with the expiration date on the coupon?
If not is a problem, I had to start the trip tomorrow morning.

Hi. I need urgent assistance for my situation.
I study at Tongji University in Shanghai in a dual master degree program. My home university is Ruhr University Bochum, Germany. I have enrolled both universities. Thus, currently, of I am a studenatRuhr University Bochum as well. I am a Turkish citizen.
I left Germany in 07.2017 and came to Shanghai for 1 year. However, I was told by the municipality of Bochum that my student visa for Germany has expired because I was out of Germany more than 6 months. I am holding a residence permit card (AUFENTHALSTITEL) for Germany (written as valid until 2019)
I have to go back Germany for my thesis year. I am planning to be in Bochum from August 2018 on for a year.Now,
Do I need to provide all the documents all over again like if I am applying for a student visa very first time? Do I need a blocked bank account or a guarantor person from Germany?Can I apply for it in Shanghai? I am leaving Shanghai in 06.2018.
