我有一个问题请你们帮助。我是1934年出生在上海红十字医院的老人。我的哥哥姐姐妹妹五人都出生在上海红十字医院，四个人的名字都有“申”，我叫袁又申，又是生在上海，（上海有“申报”），从小妈妈经常说我们出生在上海红十字医院。1937年日本侵略中国，我们家无奈离开了上海。我们的家住在上海南市老西门西林路三兴里22号。大哥比我大9岁，记忆犹新。1949年后大哥去找了，那地方已被炸毁，不远处在马路拐角处一爿烟纸店，还是老样子。
找不到自己家的房子怎么办呢？我一直在无奈中思考。
1999年我到美国，在电视中几次看到关于美国人“根寻”的记录片。追踪祖先到歐洲国家，有关机构拿出档案，清楚整齐的文字记录让我惊讶。这给我启示，回中上海红十字医院国我也要向美国人学习“根寻”。2013年回到上海，有机会了。我和妹妹找到了上海红十字医院，这时才知道这是德国创建的好医院。我们满怀信心走进去问，告诉他们：“我们是出生在上海红十字医院的老人，我们想要一份出生证明”。他们说：“只有近20年的资料在电脑中，以前的都销毁了”。我相信前半句是真的，但后半句不是真的。为此，我和妹妹乘出租车找上海红十字医院的上级领导单位，一级又一级的往上找，都这样说，最后找到上海市人民政府，结果不接待。我和妹妹乘出租车，花了整整一天，几百元车费，得到的是“只有近20年的资料在电脑中，以前的资料都销毁了”。我不相信后半句是真的，我不死心，但我没有时间了，也不知道再找谁？？？？
我现在美国，今天有个想法，在电脑上找德国在上海的领事馆，请问德国创建的好医院，红十字医院，"以前的资料都销毁了"?

My colleague was China citizen but holding the employment pass in Malaysia. He had invited for training at our plant in Marl, Germany for a few week.
Could i know what was the required document for visa application before come to Germany.
How many weeks for processing the visa.

I applied the entry visa to Germany on 15th March and I understand that the process will last 15 working days. Now I have a problem. I shall go abroad on an errand on 27th March and need my passport then. But my passport will no be ready by then. Therefore, I need your valuable advice on what I should do to have my passport on my departure day and not to give you too much trouble.
