renewal of german passport.
I note that one of the documents I require to renew my passport is the abmeldung certificate. I lived in Bovenden from 1988 to 1990. I remember I produced the certificste to the consulate in Rio when I renewed my passport in 2007 . I cannot find this document now. Could you please advise how I should proceed. Thank you.
