I have a question, I was U.S. Army soldier station in Baumholder, Germany, so is my wife. I got married in Baumholder last year, but unfortunately my marriage didn't last. I was a Dominican resident for many years and I'm aware of the 1 Day Divorce system. Can I divorce in 1 day under the D.R. laws with a German marriage certificate?
