My fiancee lives in Austria and is coming to costa rica
I do not see that there is an Austrian embassy in costa rica. Does Germany provide these services to Austrian citizens? If so my girlfriend is coming from Vienna for vacation. Does she need a visa to travel to CR from Vienna. We are planning on being married here in CR. I am a CR citizen. What papers will she need to remain living here with me in CR?
