Move to Germany for Study
I have one question,I'm living in Italy as a political refugee with my wife,at the moment we have all the Italian travel documents valid for 5years which we can move to all EU countries(We are stateless).
Can we move to Germany legally for a long term to start our education and study with those documents?(We are not looking for any social help or something like this from the Germany Government)
