hi sir i got job offer letter from this hospital,they are asking €610 for vis and work permit is it genuine or fake

Even I got an interview call letter from HOCHWALD KLINIKSCHER HOSPITAL GERMANY via email.
I am not sure whether it is Genuine or fake.
