I got an invitation letter to visit germany and i was told by the german embassy to make appoitment online but i could know where to get appointment form , please any direction ?

Hello, I would like to know if it is possible to bring a friend from Rabat to Germany for a 1 month visit. He would stay with me and i would see that he returns. I am living there through the US Military Status of Forces Agreement for nine years. Would it be possible to get him a tourist visa?

Please i would like to know how can i get an appointment for work visa as i still didnt get any apppintment from the embassy regarding my online request. Normaly i have to start my work in germany this month as mention in the contract with the company :( but i still didnt get even the date when i can deposite my file regarding the visa.
